- I think my husband and my son have turned me into a ‘foodie!’ I can’t even make lunch anymore without it being something gourmet-ish; no more tuna for me…uh uh. My latest food crush is Trader Joe’s Tomato-less Corn Salsa mixed with a can of black beans. I love it so much I eat it without the chips.

GO to Trader Joe’s
FIGHT through the swarms of 30 something year old moms with 2-3 screaming toddlers in tow (or in a sling)
PROCEED to the fun chips and snacks aisle (there are only 4 aisles in the store, shouldn’t be too hard to find)
LIFT Corn Salsa from the shelf
PURCHASE after standing in significantly long line for check out – however quite worthwhile due to the enjoyable staff banter
Drive Home.
Once in the confines of your own kitchen mix together the jar of Corn Salsa with (1) can of rinsed, drained, black beans
ENJOY!
