About

me“If you would not be forgotten as soon as you are dead, either write things worth reading or do things worth writing.”

Benjamin Franklin

Welcome to my blog and thank you for visiting.  I am a female, middle-aged (if I live that long), Reformed Bible-thumper. While my birth date falls somewhere between Kennedy and Nixon, I am unclaimed by Baby Boomers as well as the Buster generation. I find the feminist movement an insult, “Green” significant only as a color and M&M’s the breakfast food of champions.

What will be evident as soon as you dig into my posts is that I am a frustrated author and novice blogger.  It seems I can’t decide if this should be a journal blog or an op-ed blog.  Should I blog to update friends and family on my increasingly dull life?  Or perhaps attempt to amuse with sarcastic humor.  While I spend time figuring all of this out, you will be able to peruse my site and enjoy the entire mix.

Oh my, I have the same quandary: Crisis of Identity in the blogging world. I am so glad God knows my name and calls me His own. We have that one going for us, sister. He knows who and Whose we are!
